Program Objectives
In addition to the learning outcomes set forth in the general education core curriculum for the associate degree, specific
outcomes for this program have been established.
Upon completion of this program, the student should be able to:
1. Apply industry-based safety standards in the work environment.
2. Know the theory and application of the various welding and cutting processes
3. Explain how each of the welding process work.
4. Be able to apply this training in the workforce.
